Veil soon off Colossus gold-PGM resource in Brazil

Part of the enigma that is Colossus Minerals and its Serra Pelada gold-PGM project in Brazil will soon be lifted.

Colossus has the distinction among leading junior gold-mine developers on the Toronto Venture of not having produced a resource estimate yet nonetheless being very close to first production.

But, grade it has and lots of it. We have known that for some time.

Colossus has reported some booming intercepts from drilling programs over the past few years, like 71 metres @ 53.59 g/t gold, 20.77 g/t platinum and 31.3 g/t palladium or 7.3 metres @ 1,494.7 g/t Au, 516.6 g/t Pt and 558.9 g/t Pd. This is the kind of stuff some speculators love about Serra Pelada.
